1. WHY WAS THE NOW FAMILY STARTED?

The Now Family is a community made up of Daria Media Limited, its sister company Koidi Radio Limited (Radio Now 95.3fm Lagos), and their audience members who are interested in supporting the two media companies in their work of promoting good governance (through accountability journalism), deepening democracy (through inclusive reporting) and therefore contributing to nation building, for a better Nigeria.

As a Now Family member, you will be part of a dynamic community that cares about quality journalism and how it can actively contribute to and impact nation-building while also enjoying benefits and rewards that are exclusive and exciting.

2. WHAT IS THE VISION OF THE NOW FAMILY?· To create a dynamic community of members that supports Daria Media and Radio Now 95.3fm Lagos, in their work of promoting good governance (through accountability journalism), deepening democracy (through inclusive reporting), and therefore contributing to nation-building, for a better Nigeria.· To build a community that supports us by voluntary donations and non-financial support such as sharing our journalism, contributing to our content, and giving us feedback on what we do.· To encourage the growth of a community that impactfully engages with its members and our journalists, as well as wider society, in supporting the work that we do.

3. HOW DOES MY DONATION MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND HOW WILL IT BE USED?

We really appreciate your invaluable support in making your donation to help us to continue producing journalism that is free, independent, and accountable, at a time when the industry is facing a crisis, globally. Your donations are crucial to us 68% goes back into providing our editorial infrastructure and content and 32% is used for our operations (such as travel, technical support, accounts, and administration).

4. WHAT OTHER NON-FINANCIAL SUPPORT CAN I GIVE APART FROM DONATIONS?
   • engagement via social media: share and follow us online,
   • referring us to potential new members
   • participating in our surveys to give us feedback on what we can do better
   • come to our events and be an active member of our community.

5. WHAT DO I STAND TO BENEFIT?

6. HOW CAN I WIN MEMBER OF THE MONTH AND GET THE BENEFIT OF 30 MINUTES AIRTIME PER MONTH?

         ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

a) Member who brings in most new members and

b) Member who spends most time on the websites of both Radio Now and Daria Media.

7. HOW DO I ACCESS THE CINEMA TICKETS FOR NEW MEMBERS?

• 6 MONTHS DONATION COMMITMENT
• ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT/INTERACTION ON RADIO NOW 95.3FM LAGOS AND DARIA MEDIA WEBSITES
• Joining The NOW Family gives a member access to a free cinema ticket to a regular or blockbuster film, with popcorn and a drink, at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas for the first 42 people to register and donate for a minimum of 6 months, every month.
• The tickets are available every month for one year. You will receive a cinema code on becoming a member who donates on a six-monthly basis or yearly basis, it is part of our rewards to members who want to commit long-term, immediately.

8. WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY SENT A MONTHLY DONATION AND THEN WANT TO CHANGE TO A SIX-MONTH SIGN UP TO GET ACCESS TO THE CINEMA TICKET?

• You will automatically become eligible for the free cinema tickets.

9. MEMBER-ONLY ADVERTISING IN NEWSLETTER?

• Access to free advertising of personal business only in our Now Newsletter on a first-come-first-served basis within the NOW Member-Only Advertising slot.
• The adverts are free for the first three months of the membership programme, and will then be done at discounted rates after the first three months.

10. HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORK?

• You are automatically shortlisted for the Member of the Month when you refer one or more people to become members.
• After you login to your profile click on affiliate report, your unique link and code will be available to share with friends.

11. HOW DOES GIFTING ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP TO THE NOW FAMILY WORK?

• All you need to do is go to The NOW Family website – www.thenowfamily.com
• Go to the payment portal and follow the process for Gifting.
• If you wish to gift someone membership you can pay for the person and specify his/her email address to receive the login details or you forward the login details to the person via your own email as received.

12. WHY DOES KOIDI RADIO EMAIL ADDRESS COME UP WHEN I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY DONATION?

• Radio Now is the trading name of Koidi Radio Limited, and Daria Media Limited and Koidi Radio Limited are sister companies.

13. WHY IS MY PAYSTACK RECEIPT FROM KOIDI RADIO?

The Now Family is a creation of Daria Media Limited and its sister company Koidi Radio Limited (Radio Now 9.53fm Lagos).

15. HOW DO I SIGN UP?

• Visit: thenowfamily
• You can click on login to register or scroll down to the donation section to register and donate
• Click on the button of any category of donate now that applies to you to donate. You can also donate more by inputting the amount in the box below “make a gift”, and if you have a discount code click on enter your discount code to redeem your code.
• Fill in all the required information, and read and check the terms and conditions.
• Click on checkout with pay stack to make the payment
• A member’s profile will be created for you based on the information you provided, and you will receive a confirmation email from the now family and payment receipt from Paystack.

16. I’M A MEMBER HOW DO I LOG IN?

1. visit: thenowfamily.com

2. click on login by the top right-hand corner

3. Input your registered username and password to log in

4. You will be directed to your profile and have access to The Now News and Archives.

17. I HAVE TRIED SIGNING UP BUT CAN’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

You will need to reset your password as follows, prior to signing up:

Click on forget password on the login page

Enter your registered email address

Click on the link in the email your receive and reset your password

     18. I’M TRYING TO SIGN-UP BUT THE PAYMENT PAGE KEEPS BUFFERING / DOESN’T UPDATE?

There are two possible causes for this problem that we’re aware of:

1. You are using an old Internet browser OR
2. There is an issue with your password
3. Upgrade your internet browser and try again 

     19.THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY PASSWORD

You can reset your password as stipulated above.

      20. WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can pause or cancel your membership at any time – you have complete control of your membership dashboard.

21. MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD HAS EXPIRED (OR LOST/STOLEN) – HOW DO I UPDATE IT? 

You log in to your profile and update your card information.
